SIX NATIONAL ART EDUCATION ASSOCIATION WINNERS FROM PLANO SENIOR HIGH AND PLANO WEST SENIOR HIGH. SEVERAL SPEECH AND DEBATE CHAMPIONSHIPS, INCLUDING NATIONAL SPEECH AND DEBATE ASSOCIATION WINNERS FROM JASPER HIGH SCHOOL, TEXAS FORENSIC ASSOCIATION WINNERS FROM JASPER AND MCMILLEN HIGH SCHOOL NATIONAL INDIVIDUAL EVENTS TOURNAMENT OF CHAMPIONS FROM JASPER HIGH SCHOOL.

CONGRATULATIONS TO THESE AMAZING STUDENTS FOR A JOB WELL DONE.

[APPLAUSE] WE LIKE TO DO THIS AT EVERY MEETING AND RECOGNIZE OUR STUDENTS WHO ARE ACHIEVING AT THE HIGHEST LEVEL, AND IT REALLY IS AN AMAZING ACCOMPLISHMENT WHAT OUR KIDS ARE DOING REALLY ON A DAILY BASIS.

WE'RE HERE TO RECOGNIZE BOWMAN MIDDLE SCHOOL.

WE ARE SO VERY PROUD OF THEM.

THEY WERE RECENTLY RECOGNIZED AS A NATIONAL MODEL, PROFESSIONAL LEARNING COMMUNITY SCHOOL. SO OUR EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR FOR SCHOOL LEADERSHIP AND INNOVATION, MR. BILL MCLAUGHLIN, WILL INTRODUCE TONIGHT'S RECOGNITION OF BOWMAN.

WHAT IS A PRETTY SIGNIFICANT ACCOMPLISHMENT.

WHOLE STAFF, BOWMAN MIDDLE SCHOOL RECENTLY NAMED AS A MODEL PROFESSIONAL LEARNING COMMUNITY, OR PLC AT WORK BY THE SOLUTION TREE ORGANIZATION FOR ITS SUSTAINED SUCCESS IN RAISING STUDENT ACHIEVEMENT.

BOWMAN IS ONE OF ONLY 16 MIDDLE SCHOOLS IN THE ENTIRE STATE OF TEXAS TO RECEIVE THIS HONOR, AND IT'S BEEN A FEW YEARS.

WE'VE HAD A FEW THINGS HAPPEN IN THE LAST COUPLE OF YEARS, SO YOU MAY NOT REMEMBER THAT PLANO ISD IS FORTUNATE TO HAVE TWO OF THOSE.

16, WITH OTTO MIDDLE SCHOOL BEING NAMED A COUPLE OF YEARS AGO.

NOTED IN BOWMAN'S SELECTION WAS THE SCHOOL'S SUCCESSFUL IMPLEMENTATION OF THE PLC PROCESS AS A MAJOR CONTRIBUTING FACTOR IN THE IMPROVED ACHIEVEMENT OF ITS STUDENTS.

AS WAS BOWMAN'S COMMITMENT TO THE BIG IDEAS OF A PLC, A FOCUS ON LEARNING, BUILDING A COLLABORATIVE CULTURE AND CREATING A RESULTS ORIENTATION.

YOU KNOW, SARA OFTEN WHEN SHE'S WORKING WITH THE CABINET AND TALKING TO THE PRINCIPALS

SHE TALKS A LOT AND STRESSES A LOT ABOUT THE IMPORTANCE OF LEADING THROUGH LEADING THROUGH DIFFERENT SITUATIONS.

AND THAT WAS ONE OF THE THINGS SPECIFICALLY MENTIONED ABOUT BOWMAN FROM THE ORGANIZATION.

THEY NOTED THEIR TEAM WAS IMPRESSED WITH THE WORK THE STAFF HAD ACCOMPLISHED DURING THESE CHALLENGING SCHOOL YEARS, SO I'M SUPER PROUD OF BOWMAN BROOKS.

BROOKS HAS ASSEMBLED LIKE THE DREAM TEAM OF TEACHERS, INSTRUCTIONAL SPECIALISTS AND COUNSELORS WHO HAVE CARRIED OUT THE VISION OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE TEAM AND RESULTED IN THIS PRETTY SIGNIFICANT HONOR OF BEING NAMED A NATIONAL MODEL PROFESSIONAL LEARNING SCHOOL COMMUNITY AT WORK.

SO AT THIS TIME I'M GOING TO ASK BROOKS TO COME UP HERE MIGHT SAY A FEW WORDS.

I ALSO WANT TO THANK BROOKS FAMILY BECAUSE I KNOW AS A FORMER PRINCIPAL, I KNOW THE HOURS THAT IT TAKES TO ACCOMPLISH REALLY ANYTHING, AND SO WE APPRECIATE THEM AS WELL.

I THINK THE FUNDAMENTAL PREMISE OF THIS WORK IS THAT WHEN THE ADULTS DO THE RIGHT THING, ALL OF OUR KIDS CAN LEARN AND WHEN WE CONTINUE TO MAKE ADJUSTMENTS ALONG THE WAY, WE CAN GET THERE. AND SO I WANT TO THANK OUR TEACHERS, TWO OF THEM HERE TONIGHT.

AND IT'S NOT EASY CHANGING AND ADAPTING, ESPECIALLY THROUGH THE LAST FEW YEARS, BUT THEY'VE BEEN WILLING TO DO THAT THROUGHOUT THE WHOLE JOURNEY.

AND THEN THIRD, THIS IS A TEAM WIN HERE.

IT'S A TEAM EFFORT. I HAVE AN AMAZING ADMINISTRATIVE TEAM.

TREESIA BRANNON AND BRITTNEY CASTILLO, THEY'VE BEEN AWESOME TO WORK WITH.

TREESIA HAS BEEN AT BOWMAN FOR SEVEN YEARS AND BRITTNEY IT'S HER FIRST YEAR, BUT WE'VE REALLY ENJOYED WORKING WITH BOTH OF THEM AND WE ALSO HAVE AN AMAZING INSTRUCTIONAL LEADERSHIP TEAM. KRISTIN ERNST OUR INSTRUCTIONAL COACH AND JORDAN SMITH IS OUR PLC FACILITATOR, AND SO THEY'VE BOTH BEEN INSTRUMENTAL IN HELPING.

WHEN THINGS GET BUSY, WHEN WE'RE IN THE WEEDS, THEY'RE CONSTANTLY WORKING WITH OUR TEACHERS TO MAKE SURE STUDENTS ARE LEARNING.

AND SO I REALLY APPRECIATE YOU ALL HAVING US HERE TONIGHT.

I DON'T KNOW IF I'M. AM I SPOILING YOU IF I? NO YOU GO AHEAD. OK, SO WE DID THE MATH ON THIS AND THERE ARE SIXTEEN HUNDRED-ISH MIDDLE SCHOOLS IN THE STATE OF TEXAS, WHICH MEANS THAT YOU ARE PART OF THE TOP ONE TENTH OF ONE PERCENT OF SCHOOLS IN THE STATE.

AND THAT IS AN AMAZING ACCOMPLISHMENT.

AND THE FACT THAT PLANO ISD REPRESENTS 12 PERCENT OF THOSE BECAUSE WE HAVE 2 OF THE 16 IS ALSO A TESTAMENT TO THE WORK BILL THAT YOU'RE DOING AND ALL OF THE ADMINISTRATION SO GREAT WORK, EVERYBODY AND CONGRATULATIONS.

[APPLAUSE] AND I WAS AN ENGLISH MAJOR.

MIC] [APPLAUSE] SO I JUST HAVE A COUPLE OF WORDS, YOU KNOW, AND I HAD THE GREAT OPPORTUNITY AND PRIVILEGE TO COME AND HELP BROOKS ANNOUNCE TO THE STAFF THAT THEY HAD WON

THIS TREMENDOUS ACHIEVEMENT.

AND WHEN WE THINK ABOUT THE WORK OF THE HIGH RELIABILITY SCHOOL SYSTEM, RIGHT.

AND IN LEVEL ONE SAFE AND COLLABORATIVE CULTURE, 1.4 IS THE EFFECTIVE PLC, AND IT IS CALLED THE CRITICAL COMMITMENT.

RIGHT. AND YOU ALL KNOW THIS, YOUR HEADS ARE NODDING.

AND IT'S A CRITICAL COMMITMENT BECAUSE THROUGH EFFECTIVE PLC'S, ALL OTHER WORK IS POSSIBLE. AND SO, YOU KNOW, LEVEL TWO IS EFFECTIVE TEACHING IN EVERY CLASSROOM, LEVEL THREE GUARANTEED AND VIABLE CURRICULUM.

AND I ALWAYS ASK THEM AT MARZANO, LIKE WHY DOES LEVEL LIKE, WHY DOESN'T INSTRUCTION AND CURRICULUM COME FIRST, RIGHT? AND THEY SAID, BECAUSE ONLY THROUGH EFFECTIVE PLC'S DOES INSTRUCTION OR CURRICULUM MATTER. IT'S THE TEACHERS WORKING IN COLLABORATION WITH ONE ANOTHER TO BENEFIT STUDENTS THAT THEY ARE SERVING AT THEIR SCHOOL THAT MAKES THE DIFFERENCE IN STUDENT ACHIEVEMENT, AND IT IS A COMMITMENT THAT HAS TO HAPPEN FIRST.

AND SO I JUST WANT TO THANK YOU FOR TAKING THAT COMMITMENT TO THE HIGHEST LEVEL, YOU KNOW, TO BE A MODEL OF HOW 1.4 LOOKS IN PRACTICE, NOT BY ACCIDENT, BUT BY DESIGN AND THEN STAYING TRUE TO THAT THROUGH ALL OF THE BARRIERS AND HURDLES AND THINGS THAT YOU'VE HAD TO OVERCOME TO KEEP THINGS MOVING IN THIS DIRECTION IS JUST AMAZING, AND YOU SHOULD BE SO PROUD OF YOURSELVES AND ON BEHALF OF YOUR KIDS AND THOSE THAT YOU'RE SERVING IN THE BOWMAN COMMUNITY.

YOU KNOW HOW LUCKY THEY ARE TO HAVE YOU WITH THEM ON THEIR JOURNEY OF LEARNING.

AND CLEARLY, YOU'RE RECEIVING THIS AWARD SHOWS THAT YOU'RE FIGURING OUT SOME OF THE SECRET SAUCE.

AND SO I APPRECIATE THAT GREATLY FOR Y'ALL DOING THAT.

BILL, I APPRECIATE ALSO GREATLY YOU TAKING THE TIME TO RECOGNIZE THEM AND MAKING SURE THAT THEY SUPPORTING THEM AND FILLING OUT WHAT THEY HAD TO FILL OUT TO BE ABLE TO BE RECOGNIZED THIS WAY.

I WANTED TO KIND OF TAKE THIS TO A VERY LITERAL LEVEL.

AND WHEN YOU LOOK AT THIS, IT IS A PROFESSIONAL LEARNING COMMUNITY.

AND WHEN I LOOK AT YOU AND I LOOK AT YOUR STAFF, Y'ALL ARE A COMMUNITY, RIGHT? LIKE THE FACT THAT Y'ALL ARE ALL HERE AND THAT Y'ALL ARE SHOWING UP, BRINGING YOUR A-GAME EVERY DAY, EVERY DAY FOR OUR KIDS.

AND, YOU KNOW, ACHIEVING THIS KIND OF RECOGNITION IS JUST ABSOLUTELY AMAZING.

AND IT DOES TAKE A COMMUNITY.

IT TAKES COMMITMENT FROM EVERY ONE OF YOU.

SO THANK YOU, EVERY SINGLE ONE OF YOU AND TO THE REST OF THE STAFF AT BOWMAN, WHO OBVIOUSLY ARE PART OF THIS, BUT MAYBE NOT ABLE TO MAKE IT TONIGHT.

THE OTHER THING IN THIS IS THE PROFESSIONAL PART, AND I HAVEN'T GOTTEN TO MEET WITH ANY OF THE REST OF YOU YET. BUT BROOK'S DEFINITELY YOU ARE THE TYPE OF PRINCIPAL THAT LEADS WITH PROFESSIONALISM FROM THE TOP.

IN MY INTERACTIONS WITH YOU, LIKE EVERY TIME, ABSOLUTE PROFESSIONALISM FROM THE TOP.

IT DIDN'T COME BACK IN ROUND ROCK AND SPRING AND A LOT OF SUBURBAN DISTRICTS, THEY JUST DIDN'T COME BACK. SO I DON'T KNOW IF IT SHARED THE PAIN A LITTLE BIT.

SO YOU CAN SEE THAT NOT ONLY THE STUDENTS JUST AREN'T ALL HERE EITHER.

SO WE DIDN'T SEE THAT GROWTH THAT WE WOULD USUALLY SEE, WHICH OF COURSE, CAUSED A DECLINE IN HOUSEHOLD SIZE AS WELL.

A LITTLE DROP THERE FROM 2.54 TO 2.52.

INTERESTING ENOUGH, HOUSING BY QUARTER, YOU CAN SEE THAT, YOU KNOW, PLANO IS, YOU KNOW, WE ARE KIND OF WINDING DOWN TO SOME EXTENT.

CHANCES ARE YOU'RE GOING TO FINISH 2021 WHEN THAT FOURTH QUARTER COMES IN THERE, AROUND THREE HUNDRED AND FIFTY TO FOUR HUNDRED HOMES, I THINK IT'LL BE A PRETTY HIGH FOURTH QUARTER ONLY BECAUSE THERE'S A LOT OF INVENTORY THAT'S BEEN PENT UP.

IT'S TAKEN A LITTLE LONGER TO BUILD HOMES.

WHERE THEY'RE BUILDING HOMES SO WHERE THE ANNUAL CLOSINGS ARE JUST AS A REFRESHER, A CLOSING IS AN OCCUPIED HOME.

AND I KNOW THAT THERE ARE DEFINITELY MEMBERS OF THE COMMUNITY PUSHING THIS IDEA THAT PEOPLE ARE FLEEING PLANO SCHOOLS OR ARE NOT PUTTING THEIR KIDS IN PLANO SCHOOLS.

AND TO ME, I WOULD JUST SORT OF LIKE THE COMMUNITY TO TAKE A LOOK AT THE DATA AND ACTUALLY UNDERSTAND THAT THERE ARE ACTUAL REAL DATA DRIVEN HEADWINDS THAT ARE CAUSING SOME OF THIS FLUCTUATION IN OUR STUDENT POPULATION.

LESLEY. THANK YOU, PRESIDENT STOLLE, AND GOOD EVENING TO OUR BOARD OF TRUSTEES.

THE LAST TIME THAT I PRESENTED TO YOU AND OUR DEPARTMENT GAVE AN UPDATE WAS IN AUGUST, AND AT THAT TIME WE HAD A LOT OF PROJECTS UNDERWAY, BUT A COUPLE OF THINGS THAT WERE ON THE HORIZON THAT WERE JUST ABOUT TO KICK OFF.

SO I WANTED TO GIVE AN UPDATE THIS EVENING ON A COUPLE OF OUR COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT EFFORTS. THE FIRST WOULD BE OUR LEADERSHIP AND AMBASSADOR PROGRAM THAT OFFICIALLY LAUNCHED WITH THE FIRST CLASS ON SEPTEMBER 13TH AND THEN OUR LET'S TALK CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENT PLATFORM.

SO WE'RE GOING TO GET STARTED WITH LEADERSHIP AND AMBASSADOR.

THE PHOTOS THAT YOU SEE THERE ARE FROM OUR FIRST MEETING IN SEPTEMBER.

SO OUR FIRST CLASS OF 26, SELECTED FROM A 120 APPLICANTS LAUNCHED ON SEPTEMBER 13TH, AND WE WERE JUST REALLY EXCITED WITH THE RESPONSE FOR 2021 22 THIS BEING THE INAUGURAL CLASS.

EACH CLASS SESSION IS MODELED AROUND THE PLANO ISD STRATEGIC PLAN, AND SO WE ARE REALLY EXCITED TO INTRODUCE OUR COMMUNITY MEMBERS.

THESE ARE ALL COMMUNITY MEMBERS WHO ARE SELECTED FOR THE CLASS TO OUR STRATEGIC PLAN.

THIS GIVES THEM A FULL PICTURE OF WHO WE ARE AS A DISTRICT, WHAT WE DO AND WHY WE DO IT.

ALL OF THIS IS HELPING TOWARD OUR GOAL FOR THE LEADERSHIP AND AMBASSADOR PROGRAM, WHICH IS TO CREATE A COMMUNITY OF INFORMED LEADER.

SO WE WANT OUR COMMUNITY TO KNOW MORE ABOUT PLANO ISD TO BE INFORMED ABOUT WHAT'S HAPPENING. AND WE HAVE AN AMAZING GROUP.

SO THAT'S MOST OF THE CLASS IN THAT PHOTO IN THE UPPER LEFT HAND CORNER THERE.

SO THIS YEAR WE HAVE SIX SESSIONS, WE PLANNED SIX SESSIONS.

IN SEPTEMBER A LOT OF YOU AS A BOARD MEMBERS AND LEADERS WERE THERE TO HEAR THE PRESENTATIONS THAT WERE GIVEN FROM SUPERINTENDENT BONSER AND OUR DEPUTY SUPERINTENDENT AND ALSO FROM PRESIDENT STOLLE, WHO LET THE COMMUNITY KNOW THE ROLE OF THE SCHOOL BOARD.

SO WE HAD AN UPDATE ON DISTRICT OPERATIONS, GOVERNANCE, LEADERSHIP OVERVIEW AND A FINANCE UPDATE ON THAT DAY.

AND THEN IN DECEMBER, ON THE 9TH RESCHEDULED FROM OCTOBER BECAUSE WE HAD RAIN, WE HAD WHAT WE CALL THE DISTRICT DASH DAY, AND THAT WAS A REALLY FUN DAY WHERE THE CLASS GOT TO VISIT SEVERAL SITES THROUGHOUT THE DISTRICT IN THE FORM OF A SCAVENGER HUNT.

AND SOME INTERESTING FEEDBACK THAT WE GOT FROM THE GROUP, NEXT YEAR, WE'RE THINKING OF RENAMING THAT DAY DISTRICT DISCOVERY DAY BECAUSE THE CLASS EXPRESSED THAT DASHING AROUND REALLY FAST, THEY DIDN'T GET TO LEARN AND SO MAYBE REMOVE THE COMPETITION ELEMENT.

ALTHOUGH WE LOVED, WE HAD THE BEST TROPHY.

I WISH I HAD A PICTURE OF OUR TROPHY.

WE LOVED GIVING OUT THE TROPHIES TO OUR WINNING TEAM, BUT TAKE AWAY THAT COMPETITIVE PIECE AND LET THEM, YOU KNOW, ENJOY GOING AROUND AND DISCOVERING THE DISTRICT.

SO THAT WAS FEEDBACK FROM THEM, SO WE MIGHT GO FROM DASHING TO DISCOVERING ON THAT DAY.

AND THEN IN NOVEMBER, WE LOOKED AT PILLARS ONE AND TWO OF THE STRATEGIC PLAN THAT WAS OVER AT PLANO EAST, AND WE HAD A REALLY GREAT DAY OF LEARNING WITH, THEY LEARNED ABOUT OUR CTE PROGRAMS, ADVANCED ACADEMICS.

AVID, JROTC, AND THEY ENJOYED A REALLY GOOD LUNCH AT THE PLANO EAST BISTRO.

AND THEN IN JANUARY, WE JUST HAD OUR JANUARY MEETING.

THE CLASS WAS OVER AT [INAUDIBLE] CENTER AND THAT WAS PILLARS THREE AND FIVE.

SO THEY WERE LEARNING ABOUT TALENT ACQUISITION, SUPPORT AND GROWTH, AS WELL AS STRATEGIC RESOURCE MANAGEMENT.

THEY HEARD FROM BRITTNEA USSERY ABOUT HOW THE EDUCATION FOUNDATION SUPPORTS SOME OF OUR ENDEAVORS HERE IN THE DISTRICT.

THEY HEARD FROM CFO JOHNNY HILL, A REALLY GREAT REPORT ON RECAPTURE AND DR.

BETH BROCKMAN AND MEMBERS OF THE EMPLOYEE SERVICES TEAM TALKED ABOUT TALENT ACQUISITION AND GROWTH.

THEN IN MARCH, OUR FINAL CLASS SESSION IS GOING TO BE CULTURE OF COMMUNITY, AND WE'RE GOING TO HOLD THAT OVER AT THE BIRD [INAUDIBLE] ENROLLMENT CENTER.

I STARTED TWO DIFFERENT BOOK CHALLENGES BACK IN OCTOBER WITH TWO DIFFERENT PISD LIBRARIES TO REMOVE OBSCENE BOOKS.

WHILE I AM GRATEFUL THAT ONE LIBRARY CHOSE TO REMOVE LAWN BOY.

THE PROCESS HAS PROVEN THAT ACROSS THE DISTRICT, PISD DOESN'T FOLLOW ITS OWN POLICIES, PER EF(LOCAL), THERE'S SUPPOSED TO BE SEVEN COMMITTEE MEMBERS ON THE BOOK REVIEW COMMITTEE. THREE COMMUNITY MEMBERS, THREE STAFF MEMBERS AND THE PRINCIPAL OF EACH SCHOOL LIBRARY IN QUESTION.

ONE LIBRARY HAD A PISD SUBSTITUTE TEACHER LISTED AS A COMMUNITY MEMBER, GIVING FIVE STAFF MEMBERS AND ONLY TWO COMMUNITY MEMBERS ON THAT COMMITTEE AND THE OTHER LIBRARY ONLY HAD FIVE TOTAL COMMITTEE MEMBERS, OF WHICH ONLY TWO WERE COMMUNITY MEMBERS.

YOU MAKE THE PARENTS AND CHILDREN FOLLOW THE DISTRICT'S POLICIES, BUT YOU YOURSELVES ARE NOT. WHY IS THIS? THE PROCESS HAS SHOWN PARENTS THAT IT IS BASED ON NOTHING MORE THAN THE PISD SELECTED COMMITTEE MEMBERS PERSONAL BIASES AND BELIEFS.

IT LACKS ANY OBJECTIVE CRITERIA, AND IT IS NOT ESTABLISHED IN IMPARTIALITY, CHILD SAFETY OR EDUCATION.

IT IS CLEAR BY THE INACTION OF THE DISTRICT WHEN THEY WERE FIRST NOTIFIED OF SUCH BOOKS IN THE LIBRARIES BACK IN OCTOBER, THAT YOU HAVE NO MORAL COMPASS DIRECTING YOUR DECISIONS WHEN IT COMES TO ADVOCATING FOR OUR CHILDREN.

SOMEONE WHO PROFESSES TO WANT THE BEST FOR OUR CHILDREN WHILE DOING NOTHING AND ALLOWING THESE KINDS OF BOOKS TO REMAIN ON THE LIBRARY SHELVES CANNOT POSSIBLY HAVE THE BEST INTERESTS OF OUR CHILDREN OR ANY CHILD IN MIND.

ACTIONS OR INACTIONS ALWAYS SPEAK LOUDER THAN WORDS.

PARENTS ARE DOING WHAT YOU SHOULD BE DOING, MAKING SURE THE CHILDREN IN OUR SCHOOLS AND COMMUNITY ARE PROTECTED FROM THESE TYPES OF BOOKS THAT SEXUALIZE CHILDREN, NORMALIZE RAPE, INCEST, PEDOPHILIA AND OTHER FORMS OF SEXUAL DEGRADATION THAT IS INAPPROPRIATE FOR ANY MINOR. THE PARENTS ARE WORKING TO REPLACE THE DISTRICT'S POLICIES THAT ISOLATE AND SILENCE THE PARENTS FROM HAVING A VOICE IN THE SCHOOLS AND MAKING SURE PARENTS SIT ON SCHOOL COMMITTEES AND HAVE AN EQUAL SAY IN WHAT IS BEING TAUGHT AND TOLD TO OUR CHILDREN.

WE WILL WORK TO REPLACE BOARD MEMBERS WHO HAVE NO VESTED INTEREST IN THE CHILDREN OF THE DISTRICT WITH PARENTS WHO DO HAVE A VESTED INTEREST IN THEIR CHILDREN AND THEIR FUTURES.

MOST IMPORTANTLY, WE WILL WORK TO MAKE SURE PISD FOLLOWS ITS OWN POLICIES AND WE WILL HOLD THOSE ACCOUNTABLE FOR APPROVING, ORDERING, BUYING, ALLOWING AND PLACING THESE BOOKS IN THE LIBRARIES BECAUSE THEY ARE BREAKING THE DISTRICT'S OWN POLICY ABOUT PORNOGRAPHY NOT BEING ALLOWED ONTO THE CAMPUSES.

THIS DISTRICT HAS NOT ONLY FAILED TO FOLLOW THEIR OWN POLICIES, THEY HAVE FAILED THE COMMUNITY. THEY HAVE FAILED THE PARENTS.

BUT MOST SADLY, THEY HAVE FAILED THE CHILDREN.

THE PARENTS WILL NOT STOP UNTIL WE CORRECT ALL THESE ISSUES.

AS YOU SEARCH FOR A NEW SUPERINTENDENT THE PARENTS ARE LOOKING TO YOU TO SELECT NEW OUTSIDE LEADERSHIP OF SOMEONE WITH A PROVEN TRACK RECORD OF TRULY ADVOCATING FOR CHILDREN AND ONE WHO WILL CORRECT THIS ISSUE AND MANY OTHERS LIKE IT THAT ARE DISTRICT WIDE.
